7. Shulker 

The Shulker might not look scary to newbies who visit the end cities for the first time, and their attacks are not so fast. But the trouble begins when one of their attacks hits you! Getting damaged is one thing; floating in the air aimlessly will and falling to your death is another.

You’re pretty much dead if you encounter a shulker in the overworld or a place with no ceiling!

6.  Creeper

The Creeper got its name for a reason, it is probably the creepiest mob you’ll encounter almost every time you step outside your base or, if you are super unlucky, in your base as well. Creepers especially like blowing up your doors.

5. Ravager

The movement this giant mob showed up in a raid, I ran away; I ain’t fighting no 1000kg beast in a raid to save villagers I don’t even care about. 

No, but seriously, the Ravager is crazy powerful, one hit from him, and you’ll fly off the ground!

4. Elder Guardian

The Elder Guardian isn’t Minecraft’s first boss that comes to mind when you think of scary mobs. But, the environment that you’re in when fighting this underwater monster is something that can kill you quickly. Plus, the Elder Guardian is still pretty strong.

3. The Wither

The Wither, if left to wreak havoc, will simply destroy your entire base! This monster which we summon for some reason can kill you in a few hits, not to mention the Wither effect it gives you!

2. Ender Dragon

Many players don’t like the ender dragon, they think he is fragile to be the final boss, but for players who play the game for the first time, the ender dragon is straight-up scary. A giant black colored Dragon breathing purple flames on you is creepy.

Also, if he hits you, you’re doing it. The force with which the Dragon hit you, sending you flying hundreds of blocks into the sky, is insane!

1. Warden 

If you’re a true Minecrafter, you should’ve guessed this. The Warden is not just scary; it is devastatingly scary! I mean, it comes out of the ground. How does it even do that? Plus, the animation coming up to the surface is the creepiest thing I’ve seen in Minecraft.

Not to mention that you just can’t kill it. It hears your footsteps, so you can’t even hide, and if you try to run, it can run at much speed. And if you pillar using blocks, it shoots a sonic wave. 

You just can’t do anything about this mob; if you see it, you’re done.
